Besides this he also has a record of heritage buildings, historical towns and villages of Rohtak. Slowly and steadily majority of frescoes, monuments and other valuable pieces of art in Rohtak were either sold or demolished. The old Rohtak city which once boasted of its beautiful art and traditional architecture has now been replaced by modern buildings and shopping complexes. Thus, Rohtak has developed in its traditions and has matured in its lifestyle patterns with the passing years.

Regardless of the overall development in Rohtak, the “Haryanvis” have maintained their simplicity, broadmindedness and naturalness due to which their present lifestyle is also carefree and pleasurable like it was earlier.
